Dr Stone taught that body, mind, emotions and spirit are interlinked, that each person is responsible for their own health,
and that simple steps can be taken to improve wellness. In his view there was only one disease - blocked energy.

health, to help you continue the healing process yourself at home. Your therapist may recommend a purifying or health
building diet.

encourages a state of self reflection, helping you perceive your situation with increased clarity and kindness, and providing
a foundation from which to make subtle changes for the better.
