your energy, then to discover where your energy is either over-stimulated, or stagnant. You will find your therapist using
gentle rocking, pulsing and holding as she works around your body. Most clients find the experience deeply relaxing and therapeutic.
Some people like to fall asleep, others to talk - your therapist will follow your lead.
It is wise to plan quiet time after your session, to reflect and allow your energies space and time to do their work.
A walk in the countryside, or quiet sitting, is ideal.
A course of three to six sessions is recommended for maximum benefit, to allow your body sufficient time to recognise
and respond to treatment. Regular sessions can help promote a feeling of general wellbeing and balance.
